Data such as pages accessed or names of files accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Data protection is very important to iNovitas AG. All personal data made available to iNovitas AG is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. We cannot accept any liability for the security of data transmission on the Internet; in particular, the transmission of data by e-mail entails the risk of access by third parties.

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
For your protection, we have activated IP anonymisation at Google Analytics. As a result, your IP address is shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (including Switzerland). Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
If you do not wish Google Analytics to analyse your data, you can install the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
Further information about the Google Analytics conditions can be found here.
The following information will inform you about the contents of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedures and your rights of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter, you declare your agreement with the receipt and the described procedures.
Content of the newsletter
We send (4-5 times per year) newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications with promotional information (hereinafter "Newsletter") only with the consent of the recipient or a legal permission. If the contents of the newsletter are specifically described within the scope of registration, they are decisive for the consent of the user. In addition, our newsletters contain information about our company, events, projects, specialist topics, etc.
Double opt-in and logging
The registration to our newsletter takes place in a so-called Double-Opt-In procedure. This means that you will receive an e-mail after your registration in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that nobody can register with external e-mail addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process according to the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Likewise the changes of your data stored with MailChimp are logged.
Use of the "MailChimp" shipping service
To subscribe to the newsletter, please enter your e-mail address, first and last name. This information is only used to personalize the newsletter.
Statistical survey and analyses
The newsletters contain a so-called "web-beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the MailChimp server when the newsletter is opened. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are first collected. This information is used to technically improve the services on the basis of the technical data or the target groups and their reading behaviour on the basis of their retrieval locations (which can be determined with the help of the IP address) or access times. The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our nor MailChimp's aim to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests of our users.
Online access and data management
Termination and revocation
You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. At the same time, your consent to its dispatch via MailChimp and the statistical analyses will expire. A separate revocation of the dispatch via MailChimp or the statistical analysis is unfortunately not possible. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.
